What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We give free estimates the same day as our inspection. Our quotes are clear and we honor our commitments. We have many discounts available and promotions running year long.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We schedule a Project Manager to visit your home and discuss your needs. The Project Manager will inspect the home and project to build a hassle free bid. If you accept our contract that same Project Manager will continue working with you for the entirety of the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed and bonded as a General Contractor with the state of Oregon. We have the top level certifications for roofing with Owens Corning and Certainteed which guarantees your roof and allows us to provide the best warranties.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our franchise started with 3 expert roofers who were know for their quality and integrity. They wanted to expand their business to provide more homeowners with great craftsmanship and value.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with residential to commercial clients. The buildings we have worked on vary widely. From sheds to chicken coops to large apartment complexes. We can almost any building exterior project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a roof and solar job that turned out beautifully. The solar panels are hardly noticeable against the Owens Corning Onyx Black roof. The roof and panels will last a long time and with the generation of electricity the homeowner will not have to pay much.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for reviews that highlight integrity and craftsmanship. Too often contractors will not communicate or not follow through on their commitments. Or they will try to do subpar work to save time and money. Our values drive us to work on every home as if it were ours.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be very specific in your questions and require specific answers. This will eliminate any ambiguity if the project doesn't go as expected. Always get details in a written and signed contract.
